We offer options to customers when choosing a named stone for the front of their estates or private houses.

Plaques
We manufacture bespoke plaques that can be fitted into an existing space or onto the front of a house or boundary wall. These are made to whatever size you wish and lettered accordingly. Materials used are Granite, Limestone or Sandstone. Alternatively, if the customer has a stone we can skim a face on it and letter with the desired name.

Boulder Stones
Boulder Stones are normally used to commemorate an event e.g. the opening of a new motorway, new building, etc. They are welcome stones at point of entrance to a village or town or are used as name stones at the entrance of an estate.

Our clients, private customers, builders, resident committees and county councils can choose from three options in terms of boulder name stones:

Boulder Stone - Option 1:
> Boulder stone supplied by customer
>Sawn, polished on one face and lettered as required
>Supply only, collection from our factory

Boulder Stone - Option 2:
>Boulder stone supplied by Butterly Stone
>Sawn, polished on one face, lettering as required
>Supply only, collection from our factory

Boulder Stone - Option 3:
>Boulder stone supplied by Butterly Stone
>Sawn, polished on one face, lettering as required
>Supply and fit to site
